The location is definitely the biggest highlight of this property. It's right in the heart of Mar Mikhael, with restaurants, cafés, and everything you need just steps away. I also appreciated that the building itself was cool and air-conditioned when you entered, which was a nice touch, especially during the summer. I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman working the night shift. I accidentally dropped some money, he spotted it on the security cameras, and returned every bit of it to me. That level of honesty was genuinely appreciated and says a lot about the staff.

The room could definitely benefit from some improvements. Housekeeping was not provided at all during my stay, which was disappointing. On arrival, the room felt more like it had received a quick tidy-up rather than a thorough clean. The furniture and bathroom are quite dated and could use some renovation. Small touches such as a mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, basic toiletries, better pillows, and a little more bathroom counter space would make a significant difference to the overall experience. The location is excellent, but the rooms have a lot of potential if they're updated.

The only thing that i didn’t like was the check in time because at 4 pm in my opinion is late and if we wanted to request an early check in we needed to pay up to approximately 50$!! which is very expensive compared to the price of the whole booking per night.
