Ето коригирания текст за Review Summary, който да поставиш в Agoda: "This was a nightmare stay. It was 6°C outside and there was absolutely no heating in the room. I was given only one paper-thin sheet to cover with, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the door lock was broken and would not lock, which is a massive security risk. The bathroom fan was malfunctioning and making a deafening mechanical noise all night. There is NO breakfast and NO dinner offered, despite the name 'Complex'. The bed is also too short for an adult. As a Platinum member, I warn you: STAY AWAY. This is a health and safety hazard!

    Horrible rude hotel manager! Left me stranded outside the hotel, refused to check me in, shouted down the phone at me telling me it was my fault that I was trying to check in at 2115. I didn’t see the check-in by 2100 upon booking. I was told that he didn’t have my phone number to see when I was arriving, even though he had my email. I had also gotten stuck in an accident, driven for over 1.5 hours and was told it wasn’t his fault, I would get no room, no check in and was left on the street.. older female, having been shouted at and told I also would NOT be getting a refund!! I’m assuming that this isn’t the first time this has happened…SHOCKING!! Ended up driving for another half an hour and paying for yet another room but stayed in a wonderful hotel Hampton by Hilton in Corby. The staff were amazingly friendly and couldn’t believe the ordeal I’d been through. Disgusting behaviour.
