    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My son was so happy and really enjoyed his time here. We were very impressed with the saltwater swimming pool, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

    The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The only thing that needs improving in my opinion is the quality of the breakfast due to poor quality, quantity and no option for the Muslim's guests . Otherwise, a very pleasant stay! Strongly recommended

    I was deciding between Pipa and Nysa before booking this hotel. After seeing many positive reviews on TikTok and because this hotel is a relatively new property with a 5 star rating, I decided to stay here with high expectations. Unfortunately, the real experience was quite disappointing and did not match what I expected. Considering the price, I would say it is acceptable and reasonable, but in my opinion, this hotel does not feel like a true 5 star experience. What surprised me the most is that the hotel was built quite recently, yet some areas already look aged and not well maintained. The bar sofa seating had visible stains and marks, which was not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. The bathroom also needs improvement. The toilet flushing was very slow, and the water flow was not efficient. I booked a Premier Pool View room, expecting a nice view, but unfortunately, the view was disappointing. I could only see a small part of the pool area, and there was also a building blocking the view. The service was average and did not give me the feeling of a 5 star hotel. The towels also looked old and worn, which affected the overall impression. I chose this hotel because of its 5 star rating and because it is a new property, but it seems that maintenance and cleanliness are not at the standard I expected. The location is also quite far from the main road, making it inconvenient to walk around. However, Grab service is easily available, and having a 7 Eleven nearby is convenient. Unfortunately, I did not get the “wow” feeling I was hoping for. After seeing so many positive reviews online, my expectations were high, but the actual experience was different. I appreciate the hotel’s potential, but I probably would not choose to stay here again. The only thing I was happy with was the housekeeping team. They did their best to keep the room clean and well prepared.
