Elegante Condo CentroHistórico con Cochera

The location was absolutely perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the main square and the Cathedral. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, with two bathrooms, a coffee maker (complete with ground coffee left for us), a microwave, and a cooktop with six burners. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking: the historic St. Anna Church in the foreground, palm trees swaying, and majestic mountains in the background. We loved being so close to the fantastic local restaurant La Guacamaya – their gorditas, burritos, and tacos are outstanding! Just two blocks away there was also a wonderful fruit and vegetable shop. Communication with the owner was excellent and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. A truly wonderful stay – we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was genuinely surprised to have had hot running water.

It didn’t have A/C; luckily the weather was pleasant.

The place was amazing, we traveled to Durango for my friends wedding. My fiancé and I chose this place based on the location to the temple and centro area, affordability, and how nice the pictures looked. This condo did not disappoint. Very Clean apartment , stove and oven, hot water, plus the fridge and washer & dryer made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Very spacious! Wish I could bring this place home or that my apartment had this layout. For decor we loved the industrial/engine block tables and lights the pictures we wish stayed with a México theme I mean we are in Mexico but had European canvases still, the place for sure had an elegance to it and we enjoyed every moment. We definitely felt safe and our privacy protected. Our check in was at 3pm the owners/management allowed us to check in at 1pm. They were very understanding and flexible. Our flight had arrived at 7:30am we stay with my friend (getting married ) and his wife’s families house for a few hours to rest and eat and then went to the Condo. Easy to communicate and very responsive. Check-in was smooth and they do their best to send all the information before hand. Use WhatsApp to communicate. Overall amazing. I wish I took more photos of the place I have a video. Anyway, we will be booking this place again whenever we come back to Durango.

There was a storm while during our stay and the electricity went out however, we were fortunate enough that we were heading out to the wedding at that time lights went out maybe 20 mins before we left. Actually made the experience fun and exciting.

Definitivamente la ubicación es excelente. El espacio. La decoración. Todo como lo exhiben. En fotos. Bien. Más no la funcionalidad

Aunque personalmente me sentí algo decepcionada en los servicios qué recibí. Solicité el departamento para un estancia de 2 semanas. Y como tal. Deseaba poder mantener una rutina lo más similar a mi propia casa. Pues nuestro plan era de descanso. Lamentablemente las fallas que detectamos no pudimos solventarlas con alguien directamente. Al no contar con un contacto directo. Y el único contacto qué tuve se "Victor" me bloqueó en el whatsapp Específicamente las fallas que encontramos se refieren a los cuidados de los detalles del departamento. ACCESO Tuvimos dificultades en el acceso. Considero que faltan detalles que expliquen mas ampliamente como acceder desde el portón, la llave, y la entrada al departamento. Para nosotros fue nuestra primera experiencia. Y al no tenerla y desconocer los mecanismos. La explicación la encontramos muy generalizada. Gracias a un vecino del edificio. Que nos auxilió. Todo resultó favorable. COCINA Falta de utensilios básicos y auxiliares en la cocina. Y con gran deterioro en lo existente. Cubiertos incompletos. Loza dispareja. E incompleta. La cafetera no funcionaba. El cuchillo sin filo. La batería para cocinar no funcional por tamaño. No cuenta con una licuadora. No se puede utilizar el horno. Al no contar con moldes o refractarios. No agarraderas para lo caliente. No pelador para verduras. No encontré recipientes para conservar la comida en el refrigerador. BAÑOS Fallas mecánicas en las regaderas. La regadera de la estancia con gotera tal, que anegaba el piso. El ruido de la gotera. Y llena de moho. NO la pudimos utilizar. La regadera de la recámara con una pequeña gotera qué si forma una línea de moho. La tuvimos que limpiar. Las toallas muy viejas, deshilachadas, percudidas y con olor a humedad. Solo 2 de baño, 1 de manos y otra inmensa qué se utilizó como tapete. A falta de éste Parecían sobrantes. ENTRETENIMIENTO Falta de instrucciones de uso de controles de TV y Falta de pilas.
