    The room I got was facing the Negombo lagoon and I can sit in my room the entire day watching the fishing and boating activities. The staffs are very helpful. They front desk did a great job in arranging my transport to the airport, the crew fixed my wifi issues and always served with a smile. The food at the restaurant (Choy’s) is highly rated. They also have a pastry shop that serves all the local snacks, rottis, cakes etc. the prawns I had was so fresh! The staff told me that they get a fresh supply from the market everyday. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Negombo.

    "Had a fantastic one-night stay at The Waterfront Negombo! The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location, amenities, and clean surroundings make this hotel an excellent value for money—worth every bit! We especially enjoyed the delicious food, which added to the great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and enjoyable stay in Negombo. Will definitely be back!"

    I stayed in a room on the 4th floor. The balcony was not clean when the gust house handover the room; the balcony was full of bird poops. Spoons were left unwashed after use. Different areas of the room have dust, including the bed frame, side tables, etc. The guest house's 3rd floor was a rubbish floo.There were a lot of waste materials, including bottles, bags, etc. The stairs lights were not working, and during the night they were very dull. Further noted the place is little bit old.
