Tengerpart , terasz , konyha , udvar.
Csak 1 fürdőszoba van a beigért 2 helyett. A szobák a pincében helyezkedtek el szellőző nyilásokkal. Külön kérték még az idegenforgalmi adót , holott az árban minden költséget szerepel címen hirdették.
