Stylish maisonette, Prenzlauer Berg, 70m2

We liked the location. The building is set in the back so you need to go through the first, exit through a courtyard garden and then you enter, which is nice as it's quiet. The best part is the room looks out to a small community garden so you see tree top and the neighbors are far enough that you cannot see or hear them. A ten minutes walk from the train. A bit less to the tram and buses. Nice calm and interesting neighborhood with multi-cultural shops and restaurants but without noise.

Nothing to not like for the money. It's someone's apartment but things like clothing are put away so you see them but you get a nice kitchen which is on the top floor with everything you need such as a nice electric stove and laundry machine. The building doesn't have an elevator and four floors is a climb with luggage so you need strong knees if you are carrying a lot but the staircase is nice and roomy.

Gunstig gelegen en ruim appartement. Rustige omgeving en ideaal voor een paar dagen Berlijn. Goede comnunicatie, vriendelijke host.

Als je moeite hebt met trappenlopen niet aan te raden.
