Joy & Friends 1

This was our 2nd time staying in Joy and Friends 1. The apartment was comfortable and adequate for our stay with great views from the balcony. The complex felt safe as it was coded entry into the complex and also keycoded to access the apartments, so, for solo travellers, you would feel completely safe within. We regularly frequented O'Learys Pool bar. The staff were friendly and the food was lovely and well presented . I would also say they do the best Pina Coladas and great value for money too🍹🍹🍹🍹 Cannot wait to return next year. 😃

Great location. 7 min walk to the bus station and 15 min to the main Los cristianos beach. You're basically central. I loved the balcony with sea view. Perfect for sunsets. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from the washing machine to the kitchen tools. The apartment is located in quiet area so I loved it even during carnival celebrations that I had quiet nights. It's 6th floor and you have a lift. I know there's a swimming pool too but I didn't use it. I appreciated the flexibility of the owner.

Had some issues with the shower in the first day which were promptly fixed. I feel the mattress could be improved. Nothing major to comment on.

Excellent balcony sun in the afternoon but it was February would have more sun in the summer

Property was small but adequate

Really good location, very well equipped considering the small size. Very simple but perfect for a budget break in the sun.

I believe their property could’ve been cleaned slightly better, there were hairs in the bathroom on the floor most rooms.
