Faos Luxury Apartments 2

I evacuated my family from a huge wildfire south of the island and needed somewhere to stay. Being the high season, I knew this would be a challenge. However there was one night’s availability at Faos Luxury Apartments and it turns out that if more than one night was available, we would have stayed longer. Our host couldn’t do enough to help us, he was genuinely concerned for our situation, offering anything we might need, allowing a very late checkout and regularly asking if we needed more help. We left our villa in a rush so didn’t have chargers or adapters and he solved that problem too. He offered beach towels, umbrellas, nothing was a problem. He said that all he wanted was us to leave with a smile, and he did everything possible to make that happen. Our apartment was traditional rather than modern, but with a nice feel, lots of sunlight and very spacious (very spacious!) with balconies, good air conditioning and all the equipment you would ever need, plus some. Just a 3 minute walk to the attractive marina with that stunning vista across the sea to the hills. Wonderful views from the balcony of the apartments too. Easy parking right outside. Had we planned in advance, we’d have stayed longer but our unexpected circumstances did lead us to discover this wonderful place and we’d love to return very soon.

The apartment has everything that you need, including a massage chair. The view from the balcony over the town and the bay is very impressive. The host Apostolos was very friendly and had so much knowledge about Kefalonia and places to visit. There was fruit, water, wine and beer in the fridge for us on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and good amenities, liked the air conditioning and having a washing machine is also fantastic. Apostolos who greeted us and helped us with our stay was extremely friendly and helpful of places to go and local advice. The property is located in a great suburb with nice restaurants and a beautiful beach.
