電子レンジ、掃除機、洗濯機など必要な物は全て揃っていた。 新幹線駅のから近くて徒歩圏内にコンビニが３件あり、とても便利。
トイレの貯水槽に水が流れるチョロチョロという音が常にしていた。 キッチンの水道蛇口も緩く、かなりキツく閉めないと水がポタポタ垂れる状態だった。 それ以外はとても快適だった。

洗濯機があったところ タコ足コンセントが用意されていたところ
事前にタオルを2日分お願いしていたが 1日分しかなく困ったことと立て付けが悪くて シャワー室と寝室の戸が壊れそうで怖かった。 また、換気扇などの掃除があまりされていなかった。
