The Aud was a home-from-home accommodation, with exceptional hospitality, caring, professional staff, and a clean environment. The management and staff's approach to us was to treat us respectfully; nothing was too much to ensure our stay was memorable.
Let's start with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which were
amazing. Secondly, the communication from the management team and staff, Emmanuel, Frank, Henry, Blessing, Balfour, and Spendila, was impeccable.
Thirdly, the location was easy and accessible to all amenities.
We also appreciated the fact that during our entire stay at The Aud, nothing was too much for any of the team to help or support us with; it was all done with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Kumasi, and we will surely be recommending this establishment to one and all...

Clean environment, clean and good smell in the apartment. Will definitely stay there again.
Breakfast was late even though we were made to select the breakfast time the night before.
However the breakfast was good when it finally came in.

The staffs are nice
The rooms are not worth price. The bathrooms need deep cleaning and some air fresheners.
