The position of this one bedroomed house is exceptional.On the beach with grass in front.It is on a well maintained development which is approx 50 years old .
The house has too much furniture for a one bedroomed
house making it difficult to move around.The furniture is old has been repaired in many cases.Many of the appliances are worn out .The wiring needs to be checked by an electrician
The renter needs to be told they may have to change butane gas bottles and empty the de humidifier.The patio doors are insecure .The house suffers from humidity problems.
Although it's advertised as a one bedroom house it has obviously been used to sleep many more people as there is a double bed and large settee squeezed in downstairs.as well
as additional chairs.
Having said the above we enjoyed our stay because of its position and the excellent weather we had in March
