위치가 굉장히 좋아요! 히로시마 버스센터에서 캐리어 끌고 약 12~15분 정도 걸렸습니다. 파르코 있고 상점들 즐비한 상점가까지는 약 5분정도입니다. 버스타고 이온몰 가기도 좋구요. 원폭돔과 한국인 원폭 희생자 위령비까지도 걸어서(15~20분) 가능합니다.
히로시마 성도 걸어서 갈만해요. 그리고 호스트 분이 가게도 추천해 주셨는데, 사람이 많아서 못갔지만, 숙박하는 동안 신경 써주시는 거 같아서 좋았습니다. 다음에 히로시마 가게되면 이곳에 묵을거에요!
바로 앞에 편의점이 없지만(바로 앞에는 없지만, 멀지 않게 있어요.), 5분 거리에 슈퍼가 있어서 괜찮아요!

駅周辺ではありませんが、観光にも市内の移動にも便利なところにあり、洗濯機やキッチン道具など設備も揃っており、清潔で広く快適でした。
窓からの景色は良くありません。
洗濯物をベランダ以外に干すところがなく、それはかなり不便でした。

繁華街に近いためか、夜遅くまで酔っ払いの声がうるさかった。立駐の横だという事もあり、うるさかった。 住人の生活音が丸聞こえでうるさかった。
