Bungalow Steps from Moraira

Quiet street, parking in the street in front of the house , 2 outdoor spaces, one at the front and one at the rear, good garden furniture, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom and heating system.

Some of the equipment, furniture and fixtures are dated or in disrepair. They should be cleaned, removed or replaced as it does not give a good feel when you arrive…At our arrival, the blind’s mechanism in the lounge had been broken and the room was in the dark. This should have been sorted before our stay. The owner does not appear to live locally to do checks on the house but was available on WhatsApp. He did not mention the issue with the blind until I made the comment ; he, then, offered to get it repaired during our stay which we declined due to the inconvenience of having to be present /wait for repair to be done while on holiday. Once these are resolved, the house would really be a great stay!

Beautiful property in a great location. The surroundings are very calm and you’re only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Moraira. The terraces are lovely, the place is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Not a complaint at all, but just be aware that there are mosquitoes during the day so make sure to bring some repellent!

Great location. Quiet residential street. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Sun on terraces either morning or evening.

It has a small hot water storage cylinder. So it was necessary to plan showers. It was OK for us we had our showers at different times of the day. So it didn't bother us particularly.
