Fully Remodeled, Landscaped, King Beds, Desk Space

The location of the house was better than I had anticipated. Within a five-minute drive or causal 15-minute walk, you could easily find everything you need from grocery stores, 24-hour convenience stores, multiple restaurants of various ethnic backgrounds, specialty retail shops, gas stations, and so much more. And let's not forget about Vegas... literally a 12 to15 minute drive to everything on the main strip. The house itself is as pictured and super clean. The rooms are large and the king size beds in each are comfortable. Having two bathrooms makes it easy to get ready for the day and not disturb anyone else during the night. The open space between the kitchen, living room and dining area is airy and bright. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allows for guests to sit outside in the backyard on cool evenings. The washier and dryer is a bonus, especially if you're packing for a lite trip... you could easily do a load to refresh your clothes for longer stays. There is an alarm system and trust me, it works. Having a keypad door lock made it easier than trying to keep up with a key. I will definitely rent this house again if it's available the next time I'm in town.

I did not dislike anything about the house or the location. The dry heat... well that's another thing. Luckly, there's an AC unit installed at the house and it works great. The hot water for showers is great too.
