The apartment is perfect, located near the city center and just a couple of minutes from the Lungomare. The view is great! Our host was really helpful, the communication was great and the whole process went smoothly. Loved every minute of our stay!

Eine schön gestaltete Terrasse mit Meerblick,
eine Katze war da , sie war sehr verschmust, worüber sich unser Sohn besonders gefreut hat.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Schöne Ferienwohnung.
Leider am morgen Baustellenlärm , der uns ab Tag 2 nicht mehr gestört hat.
Klimaanlage für das zweite Schlafzimmer hat gefehlt, da war es sehr warm.

This is a lovely property in a great location for varied restaurants. It is reasonably well equipped but lacks a kettle and microwave and a dishwasher would be a bonus. The terrace is a large outdoor space which will be very lovely once the building works on the huge municipal gardens are completed.
It lacks an electric kettle, but boiling water for tea is possible on the gas hob.
It would have been fairer for the host to pre warn us about all the noise of diggers, jack hammers and other large mechanical excavators when we booked, as the noise daily, Monday to Saturday from 7am to 5pm, was consiserable. Sunday gave a better idea of just how peaceful the terrace can be, and when completed, the gardens will make a very pleasant route to the sea front.

Tolles Apartment. Nichts hat gefehlt. Die Terrasse mit Sonnendach ist ca. 20qm. Man schaut hinunter aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Einmalig. Sehr empfehlenswert.
