Principi di Piemonte Apartments

Devo dire che la struttura è molto ampia e ben servita. L'alloggio confortevole e con un bel giardinetto. Ideale per chi vuole la spiaggia vicina, non serve prendere l'auto. Nel mio caso, con il cane appresso, ho dovuto fare altre scelte per poterlo avere con me in spiaggia. Purtroppo, per un problema che mi hanno poi spiegato sul posto, devo dire che il servizio accoglienza e informazioni ha avuto parecchi disagi. Ringrazio la signora della piscina che mi è stata di aiuto.

Sicuramente dovete far trovare istruzioni scritte all'interno dell'appartamento senza dare per scontato che i messaggi arrivino. E' la cosa che ha creato più disagio è stata la comunicazione. Capisco che non sia stata colpa vostra ma sono mancati parecchie informazioni.

Clean, large quiet. Beach and shop nearby. Amazing old hotels all along the beach

The deluxe apartment is beautiful with a mezzanine bedroom and large sofa. The bed is comfortable and the aircon is fantastic. Towels provided. There is a terrace outside with chairs and a table. There is a small free beach behind the property. There is a small supermarket across the road and two ice cream shops nearby. Buses to Pisa run semi-regularly on the same road. The payment system with the owners was easy to navigate once you ask to pay with a card.

There was a severe lack of kitchen facilities. There was a kettle but no cups. There was a salad spinner but no chopping board or sharp knife. No tea towel was provided. The integrated fridge and freezer handles were broken. The shower doors were crusted in mould and limescale. When the toilet was flushed water would bubble up at the back of the cistern on the floor. The boiler was above the toilet and would drop dirty water down onto the toilet seat. There was no plug hole in the bathroom basin. Communication with the owner ranged from good to very bad. Only after paying our deposit did I find out that the pool on site would not be available during our stay and when I asked for help finding another local pool I was given wrong information and then ignored. I also tried calling twice as we needed help and they didn't answer. I really believe with some minor adjustments this place would be fantastic.

Non abbiamo trovato nessuno del personale. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in ma avrei preferito che la mattina successiva ci fosse qualcuno. Se avessi avuto un problema? Non era perfettamente pulita, mi è rimasto uno sportello in mano e non ho potuto dirlo a nessuno!
