2 Unit Modern Apt close to Uptown Charlotte

I have been in contact with everybody multiple days before. It was so hard to get information on how I would get codes. My check-in was supposed to be early at 1 PM and I was told I would get information at 11 AM. It was 1:15 PM and I was still circling outside of the house because no one would answer me to get me codes. I finally got a hold of somebody at 12:30 and he said he would send it right away and he still didn’t. I then had to keep calling and eventually they wouldn’t answer my phone number. I had to call from somebody else’s phone and then they answered. The overall house was great and what we needed and expected. However, the downstairs showers were very dirty with hair and clogged. We had to unclog themselves.

The check-in process should have been better. I was so stressed with 12 people coming that we weren’t gonna have a place to stay. It was really stressful for me as the coordinator because I didn’t want to let everybody else down.
