Localização e por ser um apto completo, inclusive com máquina de lavar. Facilita bastante o dia a dia
Ao deixar a janela da sala aberta, fica um cheiro forte de fritura no apto, o qual vem dos restaurantes ao llado.
Coleta seletiva de lixo fica a 300m do imóvel

Apparemment spacieux et très bien placé. En plein centre et pourtant très calme.
Léger au niveau des équipements. Une cafetière expresso qui fuyait , signalé dès l'arrivée, on nous a dit de nous servir de la cafetière italienne. Il faudrait un ventilateur dans chaque pièce, des verres à vin, un économe, des ciseaux, un petit couteau à légumes, des torchons, des gants pour le four, des bacs à glacons et un micro ondes.

It’s central location
No conditioner, no well functioning coffee machine, staff was not helpful and often did not reply to messages.
