Cisza oraz ogólny stosunek jakości elementów mieszkania do ceny
Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem zbyt niskie Nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe (nie był to problem ponieważ przez większość czasu w budynku panowała cisza aczkolwiek raz drzwi zatrzasnęły się i trochę zajęło żeby otworzyć je ponownie)

Czystość, widoki na Giewont , spokój i blisko do centrum.No i Marian kot 🐈😂 codziennie był u nas na kawie.
