The place was very clean with attention to detail. The staff on site was very helpful and nice! Very easy to get in and get out! Plenty of yard out back to stretch out and soak up some sun!
Close quarters to others so volume has to be at a minum but not a game changer just to be aware going in

The location was great and it was clean! A safe parking space for our car and the room was secure. AC worked great and we didn’t hear our neighbors at all!
We had to throw our toilet paper in the trash can and not the toilet which didn’t seem very sanitary. Also the bed was very hard and it was loud every time we moved around. The room was very bright at night because the AC light and the front door window. The water needs softening, it smelled very bad so we ended up just showering at our friends house for most the days.

Overall everything was decent, comfy, and clean.
A little noise the first night from other guests and barking dog. All other nights were very quiet. Had to park in grass/dirt and had early mornings so my shoes would get wet. Grateful it only rained once. Kitchen could use some pots/pans/can opener/clean sponge & more towels.

Location was good. It was on a nice quiet road with no traffic noise at night and set back away from the road. Felt very safe.
The room was noisy. The walls between my room and whoever lived next door are very thin, and I could hear a lot of what was going on next door. There were also a lot of noises coming from outside the room which may have been an old dripping AC unit. There was also a 'beep' sound coming from outside which made a noise every 20 seconds or so which disrupted me going to sleep as it would always jerk me from my sleep. The bed was also very creaky.
