Downtown Dunedin! 2 bedroom 2 bath NO KIDS, NO PETS

8-22 to 8-25-2026, The location is awesome! There is free parking behind the house, as well as, in front on Virginia Ln. We parked directly in front at Pioneer Park. The 1st floor, 2b/2b/kit/den apt. A has all of the amenities you enjoy at home and very clean. They provided snacks and drinks, as well, and 2 rocking chairs on the porch, nice for rainy days. There are games, cards, a regular size frig. (a biggy for us) & full kitchen. The beds & pillows are great! Our hosts are easy to communicate with. We were able to walk and ride bikes everywhere. The Wild Iris is right next door (Radar & other movies filmed here) & had a good breakfast. We walked across the street 1 block to the strip plaza for dinner at Tina Casa's Mexican restaurant, very good. The Back in the Day bookstore & more are there. A little further is Main St. & the paved Pinellas bike trail is right there. On 1 corner is the History Museum, and the Lane's Lemonade, a red locomotive w/great cold drinks. There are parks, eateries, and breweries you can stop off at on the trail. Across from the Museum is the Café Alfresco eatery, gift shops, Strachan's Homemade Ice Cream, and just down from it is Ice Cream & Creamery, both very good. Keep walking on Main St. for coffee cafe's, shops, eateries, and you'll reach Edgewater Drive & Park, Old Bay Café, the Marina, Best West Plus and Bon Appetit. Edgewater Dr. is a great water view for a drive, walk, or ride. We biked to Clearwater (the sign) and turned around. The Fenway Hotel is on Ew Dr. The Living Room and Smokehouse eateries and stores are in walking distance from the house, as well as, the Sandpiper w/good breakfast & vintage items for sale, the Nature's Patch Organic grocery store, & more. A little further walk is the Clear Sky Draught Haus and what a menu! We ate there twice! We also rode bikes to Honeymoon Island, over the Causeway.

Just a few things could be improved upon & noted. It's challenging to move in the shower for anyone larger than a size medium, nice, though. The shower heads are extremely high up on the wall and can't be adjusted downward toward your body. The water sprays over your head to the shower walls/corner & is very challenging for washing and rinsing. Master has a sprayer. The couch & chair were uncomfortable and have the only TV. If another TV was in a bedroom, it would be more comfortable to watch movies on a rainy day. There's very little room on each side of both beds to walk/move for anyone. The house isn't for people with disabilities. There isn't a ramp. You walk up 4 steep steps to the porch and over a ledge at the front door. Please provide "construction on house" details to guests prior to booking stays. We're thankful they didn't work on the house stairs during our stay.

I contacted the property manager and we were able to get into our unit earlier than scheduled. The house was right in the center of town. The pictures representing the apartment were exactly as shown. GREAT PLACE!

There is a coin operated washer and drier on property, but the coin exchange machine was out of order. No big deal. Great place to stay.

A lovely, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. The balcony was our favourite place to sit, mornings and evenings. It's in a quiet spot with the Marina and many shops, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. You will need a car to visit supermarkets though. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay. Great communication from the host too.

Everything! Comfortable and cozy and very clean. Perfect amount of room for 4 of us. We were surprised with a lovely gift basket. Location is perfect!!!!
