Un apartament exceptional! Bun gust in reconditionarea lui, curatenie exemplara, materiale, finisaje si aparate de uz casnic de calitate! Liniste, mai ales ca exista si un balcon inchis. Saltea excelenta! jaluzele bune!
Nu am folosit aerul conditionat deoarece nu a fost nevoie, insa am setat telecomanda pe temperatura dorita, in caz ca aveam sa ma trezesc noaptea din cauza caldurii. Din precautie, ca unul care am acasa 5 AC-uri, am verifica filtrele:(:(:( Nespalate de cine stie cand, iar unitatea interna neigienizata...! Vezi POZE! As fi dat apartamentului doar nota 9 pentru acest disconfort si risc de sanatate, insa sper ca proprietarul sa citeasca acest review si sa remedieze situatia, mai ales ca e simplu...! Apartamentul este prea curat, modern si linistit ca sa merite o scadere de nota/evaluare pentru o simpla igienizare de AC, care, totusi, in situatia in care va fi nevoie de el, nu va putea fi folosit asa, fara risc de imbolnavire!

Este un apartament foarte dotat, proprietarul având grijă de toate amănuntele.
Totul ok, de calitate. Pot fi adăugate mici detalii - un suport pentru săpun la dus.
