Its spacious, have lot of entertainment, have swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, water pressure is good.
Little bit dirty, have traces of lizards poop on the stairs, kitchen utensils are at outdoor kitchen, some part of the living room are quite hot (i figure the snooker area is good, but the tv & sofa area quite hot) maybe because of the fan. Oh and the karaoke room is not sound proof enough.

我觉得台球桌还需要更新一下 把球杆 球还有桌子上的布更新
