L'appartement est véritablement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Gabrielle a toujours été très réactive et arrangeante pour l'horaire de départ le jour de l'an 😉
La situation à 10 minutes de la gare et à 20 minutes du centre ville à pied est très pratique.
La vue est splendide 🤩
Les animations de Noël à Saint Brieuc ont émerveillé petits et grands.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
Le fait d'aller chercher et rendre la clé à une autre adresse mais c'est provisoire (travaux en cours)

Clean, comfortable, good location, quiet and safe.
There was some confusion over collecting the keys and locating the apartment. Gabrielle on the phone was very helpful but the information sent out by the letting company beforehand was sparse and could have been a lot better. I recommend anyone booking this flat (which is lovely) makes themselves aware of the entry arrangements before arriving.

Appartamento molto luminoso con ampia sala
Lenzuola usate e sporche: sono state cambiate dopo 2 giorni!
Salviette insufficienti per 5 persobe: solo due salviette da doccia per 5 persone (le altre erano salviette piccole) Una salvietta era sporca di vernice: abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla ma non è stato fatto!
NON SEGNALATO NELL'ANNUNCIO: PRESENZA DI ABITI E SCARPE DEL PROPRIETARIO nei pochi cassetti delle camere, quindi nessuno spazio per mettere le nostre cose che sono rimaste nella valigia. Presenza di cibi aperti nel frigorifero e di oggetti e medicinali vari nel cassetto del bagno, con scritte di "non toccare" e di oggetti vari dietro a due tende (tra cui vestiti e asciugamani sporchi).
Ad alcune nostre domande nessuno ha risposto.
