Maison + parking privé au Cœur Angoulême 60m2

De energieke gastheer kwam voor ons een grijze poort openen. Erachter ligt een karakteristiek binnenkoertje waar je je auto kan parkeren en waar een mooie en modern ingerichte studio je verwelkomt. Alle comfort is er aanwezig om je een gezellig verblijf te garanderen. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Het appartement is gelegen in een zijstraat naast het theater in alle rust. De parkeerplaats en het feit dat je in 3 minuten te voet naar het centrum kan wandelen was een mooi voordeel. Wij hebben genoten van de zoektocht naar de stripmuren en het bezoek aan het stripmuseum.

Het terrasje is nogal smalletjes en wat verweerd. Maar het zat wel leuk.

Superb location. City centre but very quiet and only two minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. . Private secure off street parking in gated courtyard right beside the accommodation is included in an area that is otherwise all pay parking. Accommodation very well presented and equipped right down to loo rolls and tea towels. Electricity for cooking, heating and hot water included though with the number and choice of restaurants nearby, cooking was not a priority. Comfortable, modern and clean ... a really good find. Would definitely book again.

For most people, I.e., younger and more agile, it would not be a problem but steep stairs up to first floor bedroom and shower room / w.c. Top three steps have not got a bannister so a little tricky for us oldies. We are used to sailing so I just came down backwards, boat style. Not a complaint, just an observation and this would not deter us from booking again.

Logement magnifique, spacieux, calme et très bien décoré, ambiance cocooning. Place de parking disponible sur cour intérieure, très pratique et sécurisant. Localisation dans le centre historique, idéal. Hôte très agréable

Logement très agréable, confortable et calme. Idéalement situé au coeur d’Angoulême.

Il manque quelques équipements à mon goût : absence de bouilloire, pas de verres à vin, peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.
