Cozy, calm, convenient

We really enjoyed the apartment – it was clean, tidy, and located in a quiet, convenient area. The flat had everything we needed (well, the coffee container could have been filled 😊), but overall it was very cozy and spacious. Just a 5-minute walk to the train station, so the location was perfect. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Below expectations

Close to desired location. Nobody else stayed in the house while we stayed there.

A pervasive musty smell came from the kitchen area. The entrance area hasn’t been maintained, grasses and weeds growing everywhere and the backyard is overgrown like a jungle with an algae-filled, stagnant pond in the center that is buzzing with mosquitos. Since the apartment doesn’t have an AC, you are stuck with either opening the windows nonetheless or breathing the musty, warm air all day.

Gute Lage wenn man die "Mediterana Therme " besuchen möchte. Und ca. 30 Autominuten nach Köln Zentru

Das neue Bad. Das ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Schlafzimmer warm. Die Wohnung hat einen gewissen Stil.

Bei Ankunft sehr starker kalter Zigarettengeruch . Für uns als Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm. Nach längerem Lüften war es dann ok. Im Bad und im Wohnzimmer war es relativ kalt und würde auch nicht wärmer nach dem man den Temperturregler höher gedreht hatte. Im Schlafzimmer war es dagegen sehr warm.

Zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz , schön eingerichtet, alles da was man benötigt 👍🏽wir würden es wieder buchen.

Super Lage!, empfehle ich.

Nahe gelegene Transportmittel, sehr einfacher Wohnungseingang, ruhig, superpreisig, Parkplatz vor der Treppe, sehr sauber, Restaurant und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Traumort zu diesem Preis, Sie haben ein Geschenk in der Küche (Kaffee, Zucker, Milch) und sogar Samsung Ladegeräte und iPhone. Super

Wäre es gut, die Bettwäsche und Decken durch neue zu ersetzen,und die Ersatzdecken, damit sie nicht mehr in Netze neben dem Bett gelegt und schön in einen Schrank gefaltet werden.

Top, jederzeit gerne wieder

Alles bestens, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, Supermärkte und Restaurants in großer Auswahl in der Nähe, nahe der Autobahn. Die Wohnung war in top Zustand, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Wohnung in guter Wohnlage mit sehr nettem Vermieter.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Ich durfte sogar kurz nach Mittag schon in die Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, um sich selber verpflegen zu können.

Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Straße doch deutlich. Leider raucht der Untermieter und der Qualm kommt durchs Schlafzimmerfenster.
