- Spacious terrace — perfect for breakfast, dinner, and stargazing - Well-equipped and practical kitchen (great for frequent cooking) - Late check-out at 2 PM was very convenient - Good and responsive communication with the host, even when issues arose

- The apartment is quite small - Narrow bed (140×200 cm) for two people, not comfortable for longer stay - Noise from the street due to ongoing construction - Early morning disturbance from barking dogs in the neighborhood

All was perfect, hot water, very good position in the south, quiet place

I like the excellent cleaning of the property ! Everything was clean and nice ! The beds have good duvets which is very comfortable compared to blankets ! We got a bottle of white-wine as a gift at arrival.

The lock at entrance door to the street is still as bad as last year. In 2025 we recommended to replace the lock (or at least the cylinder) as it is very worn. This make it difficult to open the lock with the key. The coffee maker is too small for more than one person. Last year it was two sunbeds on the terrace. I prefer this to the terrace furniture (table and chairs) which is there now. But the sofa and chairs with pillows on the terrace is a good improvement !
