It was very nice. We enjoyed the lobby. Upstairs with the fireplace is nice to be cleaned the window windows. We can see outside better.

Really great location and easy access and check out.
I was absolutely shocked to hear that we received a noise complaint the following day about my children because we had used the common areas in the very early evening hours (5pm). In addition, I was told that we had slammed doors, which was simply untrue. I don’t know if we had been mistaken for other guests during our stay, but we were quiet well within the respectful hours and definitely were not inappropriately loud. My children and my husband explored the property in the hallways and common areas for no longer than 20 minutes and my children raced down the halls a few times to get their energy out (this is the only “loudness” I can think of). It made us feel like we had to tiptoe the rest of our stay and could not feel comfortable. Given that it’s snowing outside and my young kids (ages 3 and 1) understandably have high energy and being cooped up inside, it seemed absurd and unreasonable to be warned for using the common areas so much so that we didn’t utilize the beautiful fireplace view area because we felt so uncomfortable after the call. The bed pillows were also extremely uncomfortable, we had trouble sleeping well. I had also asked for an early check in and the host rest assured he would get back to me, but it was very unlikely. He did not get back to me at all. It was also very difficult to contact the host. I would have to leave a voicemail before getting a call back. Never any direct answer. Other than that the unit was charming and well set up.
