Studio Trinité - Quartier des Carmes

Logement très agréable, propre et parfaitement entretenu. Malgré une entrée donnant sur une place animée, l’appartement est très calme puisqu’il offre une vue sur les toits de Toulouse. Le quartier est charmant et vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants, bars et commerces à proximité. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes des Carmes, de la Daurade et de Saint-Pierre, ainsi que du métro. Les consignes d’arrivée sont très claires et Diana est une hôte particulièrement réactive, attentionnée et soucieuse du confort de ses voyageurs.

Seul point à noter : comme indiqué dans l’annonce, l’appartement se situe au 5ᵉ étage sans ascenseur. Avec des bagages, la montée peut être un peu sportive.

Lovely small studio, with everything you need, cozy and nice rooftops views, very well optimised place and lovely decorated. Nice location in a beautiful plaza.

Being on the top of the building, it seems a long way on the stairs.

Positives: A very good location near Esquirol Metro station which is useful because taxis cannot go into the centre of Toulouse where this Studio is situated. It’s on top of a lively bar and there’s a market on Saturday – so you feel part of Toulouse life. It was possible to walk to most interesting places including Toulouse main square and Les Abattoirs exhibition centre. There were mosquito nets on the windows which I appreciated as it was very hot and I didn’t get bitten. It is well equipped with everything that you would need. There was good internet which I needed to do some work.

Negatives: It is on the 5th floor and there is no lift!!!! After a long day travelling, I was just too exhausted to carry my case up 5 flights, thankfully my friends staying nearby helped me get it up. But every time I went out, I would have to negotiate 5 flights down then up again when I returned – so stopping for a quick pit-stop was a challenge. Please, think about this before booking. If I had realised, I would not have booked this accommodation as I have an injured foot. Also, there is a pull-down bed which is not obvious in the advert. My friends worked out how to pull it down and it was not a problem to put it back up. But, once again think about this before booking because not everyone has the ability/physical strength to do this every day
