If you’re looking for a peaceful , relaxing stay , this place is ideal. Green valley homes located 1.7km from Talpe railway station, around 2km from Talpe beach which is the nearest to the property. It’s easy to find if you come by a vehicle as you can have your turn from Mihiripenna junction, this property is around 650m away from the main road. Even though the check-in time was 03:00pm , the owner informed we can check in as we pleased 😀 The room was spacious with a kitchen (included refrigerator, hot plate , kettle , cookware etc) and a spacious bathroom!! Green surrounding and the peaceful atmosphere will surely make you never forget your vacation here.

If you are looking for outstanding budget-friendly accommodation in Unawatuna and you can get availability, do yourself a favour and book!
Ideal for long/short stays.
* Excellent hospitality!
*large, comfortable, clean rooms.
* Short walk to x3 beaches. Mirriphina, Turtle & Dalawella beach,
local supermarkets & restaurants.
* Superb, fresh, home-cooked, food. Very good price. Large portions with variety.
*Speedy WiFi.
*Shaded terraces with a fan in lovely gardens.
See the shy & timid local troops of purple-faced langur. (Monkeys).
Exotic birds and other wildlife.
* Transport & Tours available by the owner at a great price.
* Safe & secure. (I am a solo female traveller).
* Short/cheap ride to Unawatuna central & beach.
This place was recommended by a fellow experienced traveller, also noting that the food served here is the best he had in Srilanka.
(He was not wrong)!
As an experienced traveller, I have stayed in 5* luxury hotels to budget-friendly homestays. This place truly deserves a full 10/10.
After travelling the South for a few weeks I am returning for a long stay.

El personal es super disponible y amable, la dueña del lugar es un amor, me trato con mucho cariño y cocina super rico, la posicion perfecta, esta a 10 minutos caminando de la playa brinda tranquiliead y naturaleza ,
