Le logement est correct et chouette terrasse.

Il y un 2 étages a monter alors quand on a 2 grosses valises de 20kg et un enfant avec une poussette je déconseille fortement! De plus c'est dans un quartier énormément détruit et sale (un des pires de Catane) seul point positif, proche de tout (centre, magasins, plage)

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, die sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Catania gut eignet. Das Badezimmer ist neu und top. Die Küchenzeile hat alles, was man braucht. Auch Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine und eine Mikrowelle sowie ein Herdfeld stehen zur Verfügung. Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach sind auch da. Das große Bett ist über eine schmale und steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Waschmaschine ist auf der Terrasse, auf der man schön sitzen kann. Vom Bahnhof Centrale läuft man eine halbe Stunde, sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Strand sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es zum Einkaufen alles, was nötig ist: Bäckereien, Metzgerei, kleine Supermärkte und viel frisches Obst und Gemüse. Wenn es Probleme gibt, zum Beispiel die Sicherung fliegt raus, meldet sich das Team rasch und löst das Problem.

Von einigen baufälligen Häusern in der Umgebung und der mitunter schmutzigen Straße muss man sich nicht erschrecken lassen.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks and this accommodation was not good for our needs. However if you’re going to stay for few days, eating out or ordering take away then this solution is perfect as the pans were not at their best shape There was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge which was a very nice touch Met the landlady and she was welcoming and friendly

Not the best area of Catania but here you can find the real locals and it explains the low price. Cleaning service poor as I found the flat not as clean as expected by the reviews We had to buy basic things for our stay, like evo oil, salt, kitchen roll, parchment paper and bog roll. I flagged it and the company said that they offer only a starting kit, which includes 2 bog roll, hand soap and shower soap. Water supply was cut thrice during our stay. Loud noise from refilling the flash tank and sometimes bad smell coming from the bathroom. We tried to watch the tv but it was so slow that we gave up. The hairdryer after 10 minutes of use it switched off and you have to wait for some time before you can use it again but by that time my hair were already dried As everyone mentioned beware of the stairs, we almost fell twice
