L'apartament en si és maco, ben distribuït i amb espais amplis. A nivell d'instal·lacions molt bé, tots els aparells funcionaven perfectament i l'habitacle era còmode i lluminós. El clima també funcionava molt bé i en cap moment vàrem passar fred.
La neteja deixa molt que desitjar. Hi havia pols i cabells per tot arreu. Llençols bruts amb pels de gos. Paperera del bany plena. Un dels llits tenia llistons del somier de fusta trencats. Les tovalloles eren molt escasses i petites per 6 persones, i estaven reseques. A la dutxa hi havia tots els productes de bany d'alguna persona anterior.
