La ubicación, la terraza y sus vistas
La ducha no disponía de agua fría, ni de una bandeja para dejar el champú y el jabón. Las escaleras tan pronunciadas de la entrada. Actualizar el cierre de algunas ventanas. Las televisiones no funcionaban ninguna.

Fantastic location in the centre of Santa Cruz across the road to the main beach - made the most of this by having a daily sea swim. Beach towels are provided.
Perfect location for shops, bakery, the market, bars and restaurants. Do go to restaurant Chipi Chipi whilst you're there (just outside the town).
The team were very helpful and responded very quickly to our requests. Check-in was very easy using a key box.
Spacious rooms with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Lovely 2-tiered roof terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises over Tenerife.
Although Santa Cruz is generally a quiet place the windows don't fit very well so there's quite a lot of traffic noise from the morning traffic. Ear plugs are advisable. If you want total quiet don't stay here.
There's no private parking available but there's plenty of free parking just along the seafront (short walk of about 5 minutes). Parking bays with blue lines are restricted to 90 mins but those with white lines are free.
