L'emplacement, la literie très confortable, la douche spacieuse, la propreté, les rangements, le calme la nuit.
Le bruit en journée (rue très passante), le manque de petits rideaux aux fenêtres (juste des rideaux occultants), pas de ventilation, pas de plats pour le four.

Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre elle donne sur le trottoir, Il faudrait également des voilages pour ne pas être obligé de laisser les doubles rideaux fermés.
