Very convenient place to stay.

Incredibly convenient, not fancy, but perfectly serviceable. Got a reply very quickly when I couldnt find something.

Reasonably priced and good location

We had chosen to stay there as it made more sense to stay somewhere together and it was really nice being able to chill out and relax with team mates/friends before and after our big company event. We were only about 10 mins away from the arena so the location was perfect. It definitely helped having 2 bathrooms with there being 5 of us staying there. The living area was ok and had a very nice sized tv.

The beds were very uncomfortable, so we didn’t get much sleep which meant we were all tired. Maybe invest in some new mattresses. Also the room I stayed in had a bedside table that needed to be plugged in but the nearest plug socket was the other side of the room near the window. And because of how the room was laid out it made it difficult for my husband to get out of bed. He had to climb over me to get out. The towels were not big enough and we only had one each it would have been nice to have had a hand towel in the bathrooms for drying our hands. The house was reasonably clean and tidy but there were definitely areas that needed to be cleaned. There was food on the cooker top so we had to clean it before we used it. And there was a lot of dust and dead flies in the window sill in the bathrooms. There was no plug in the kitchen sink which made washing up difficult and only one tea towel. Also considering it was supposed to sleep up to 9 people there were not enough plates for us all.

Nice stay overall, I would happily book again.

Aneish was such a wonderful host! He replied almost instantly and made sure any little issue was taken care of right away. The kids loved the house and are already asking to come back. Also, Its central location made everything convenient and accessible.

Had a few minor issues, but Aneish fixed them right away.

Pleasant enough

Great location for amenities and train station. Easy parking. Nice warm shower and bath. Clean house, does the job for somewhere to crash. Thankfully a fan was available in the heat! Pleasant enough stay for a quick trip.

Tight space for 9 people. Power trips when too much on it kitchen. VERY steep stairs for young kids. One of the beds upstairs held together with screws sticking out. A few scratches on kids as a result. House is clean but in need of a lick of paint and finishing in the kitchen and ceilings needs addressed.

Lovely house, very well equipped! Comfortable beds.

Lots of space. Very clean and airy. Good outdoor space. Clean white bedding. Two showers/toilets. Working washing machine. Smart TV. Parking permit available. Lock box easy to access.

WiFi router hidden under sofa so it blocked signal. Freezer very small (only a compartment in the fridge). Noise in front bedrooms. Maybe a bit more soundproofing? Not many seats at dining table, considering the house sleeps 9. Less than half that amount of chairs.

Short Stay in a Nice House, Thank You!

Nice Size, Good Space for the family, while we were there, Clean and Well Equipped, Well located, The owner responded quickly to any questions that I had and was very helpful

Property is located on a busy street, so sometimes returning it can be difficult to find parking, but that is not the Owners fault!!

A well-priced place to stay close to Coventry city centre.

The property wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. This was addressed with the host and quickly rectified.

Lack of communication and cleanliness made this an uncomfortable stay.

It's in a good location with free parking (2 parking permits provided).

The owner didn't send the code to the key lock box until the early hours of the 2nd day of the booking, so we had to locate and pay for another hotel for the first night. Awful experience after having driven 3 hours from London to attend an event. We had to drive around to 3 different hotels before we found one with room to accommodate us. When we did get into the house the following day, it smelt like bad drains and dirty bins. It clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, as there were also crumbs all over both sofas and rotting food stuck in the plug hole of the kitchen sink. We had to leave the windows open all day and spray fabreeze to try and combat the smell. The owner promised to only charge us a discount rate for the one night due to the issues, and refund the rest but has yet to honour the agreement.
