Gostei do apto, localização.
O ar condicionado não aquece o quarto. Tem um aquecedor portátil,mas também não aquece o espaço. As toalhas bem ásperas e a roupa de cama, com aspecto de estar usada. Lençol com manchas. Sem papel higiênico extra. Colchão duro, a espuma não estava mais firme. Para quem tem problema lombar não é bom.

Localização
Limpeza bem ruim, roupas de cama cobrados a parte e mesmo sim não estavam “cheirosas”. Minhas filhas tiveram alergia dos travesseiros e cobertas. Aparentavam estar muito tempo fechadas em guarda roupas ou algo assim.
