Muy buena atención

Tienen en su política salida a las 11 am. Si la persona no sale a esa hora le cobran un valor adicional que es lógico Pero utilizo mucho Booking y es primera vez que un check out es a las 11 am, no da tiempo para salir a comprar algo y regresar, prácticamente se desayuna afuera y de una llegué al hotel para hacer check out.

Clean room, very friendly staff, nice bathroom. Great location about 3 blocks away from a main strip of shops and restaurants and a main plaza. Safety is a little concerning right outside of the hotel at night, but when you get about 2-3 blocks away, you're in a main area. I returned to the hotel around 8 pm one night and felt safe coming back because there were so many people out. Fair price for the room.

Small room, but you get what you pay for. My window only went to the staircase, so I didn't get much cool air in the room. They had a strong fan in there though, which made it comfortable. I could hear doorbell at the front door every time someone returned to the hotel. It wasn't a bother until a group of a few people arrived at the hotel at 3 am and were obnoxiously loud. I could hear them pretty easily from the room.

Central location, clean room

Didnt get the key for the room or wifi password, didnt see staff after checkin to get either. Was late, so skipped ringing bell at reception. Couldnt escape noise. There was a generator in next building running loudly till after 11pm (unfortunate timing). Guests must use a door bell to enter, the bell rang multiple times after 2am (poor system). Rooms have little sound isolation, people talking outside rooms at 730am (prob inconsiderate guests). Staff were listening to radio at high volume early, 9am (inconsiderate staff). Overall, its too unprofessional
