La casa è molto bella, curata e in una posizione perfetta, soprattutto considerando che ci siamo sposati a pochi passi di lì due giorni dopo il soggiorno.

Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un imprevisto al check-in: a causa di un ritardo del traghetto di 45 minuti, la signora Manuela non si è mostrata disponibile a trovare una soluzione, lasciandoci in difficoltà. Ho dovuto rinunciare a un appuntamento molto importante e mandare il mio futuro marito da solo a fare il check-in. Un’accoglienza più flessibile e comprensiva avrebbe sicuramente fatto la differenza.
