Condotel near NAIA T3 Airport

We booked this condotel because of the location and near the naia terminal 3. We came from our vacation in Taiwan and need a night to stay before going back to UK. The price is not bad that's why we book this for two nights so we have enough rest. I don’t have a chance to read the message from the host as we are on vacation and he said that we been moved from other unit but same villa and location. The unit that we moved was the cluster 2 unit 3O instead of cluster 1 unit 5K. The unit needs a lot of upgrade. As soon as we enter we saw 3 cockroaches. We are really tired so don't bother as we just want to rest. I message the host about this as he said he will tell it to the maintenance. The shower clip that attached to the wall need to fix that why when we shower we the just the shower head. I spotted 8 small cockroaches in the bathroom and 2 in the kitchen. I am really worried about the cockroaches as it may be got in to our luggages. The water drainage in the shower is draining slowly. The toilet flush has a problem also. It takes time to flush. And at night I woke up four times because I smell the something awful coming from the toilet/ bathroom which is near the bed. The bedframe has a problem also and does not have support at the middle. The blanket that provided for the extra bed need changing as it looks really old and you cannot sure if it washed or not. I think the host or owner should think about if their guest can be comfortable on their unit. I understand if they will cancel my booking instead of giving us another unit that “you do not have any choice because you already paid for it and it is gonna be defend on us if we are going to leave and booked another place”.

It’s a scam. The unit owner is u responsive. We paid in full but was not able to use the unit. It turned out the unit owner did not communicate our reservation.. The phone number provided can’t be reached. Agoda should do action on this thing.
