L’appartement est spacieux avec un balcon qui donne sur une très belle vue. Le propriétaire Luca est venu nous donner les clefs et nous a accompagné.il était extrêmement gentil.

Le quartier calme ancien mais bien ..le parking vaste et gratuit… la résidence tranquille.. et la rivière derrière…ventilateur avec Brumisateurs trop bien heureusement car pas de double vitrage… faut fermer les volets et mettre le ventilateur et ont n’est au frais…l’appartement confortable et vaste …douche impeccable…. Cuisine équipée cafetière etc les draps propres et logement propre..
Le lit enfants pas très confortable et qui sont un peu dévisser… pas de double vitrage pour la chaleur…à côté de ivréa et de lac divers surtout celui de viverone pour baignade etc
