City- und Strandnähe sowie Ruhe
Bauarbeiten im Treppenhaus, diese waren jedoch Übertag, da wir unterwegs waren und dazu Wochenende gab es keinen Lärm. Der Vermieter informierte über die Arbeiten nachdem wir bereits vor Ort waren! Die Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung ( Anne) bzgl. Abstellen der Koffer, was zuerst kein Problem sein sollte, wurde dann kurzfristig zurückgenommen. Diese Aussage erhielten wir erst auf nochmaliger Nachfrage als wir bereits in Cannes angekommen waren.

It was safe and comfortable bed with nice host and bottled water was really appreciated
The entry is broken down with a falling in ceiling, dirty hall and staircase. i had no idea whether what i had booked was legitmate and as a female solo traveller I was worried about security. The flat also smelt throughout my stay even though it was clearly very clean. Not sure if it was sewage or pipe issues as an old building. There also were the ants infestation that people mentioned.
