Tempat strategik, dekat dengan pekan. Macam-macam kedai ada. Parking luas boleh muat banyak kereta. Swimming pool besar, anak2 enjoy mandi. Dapur complete dan ada iron jugak.
Kebersihan tak memuaskan. Kipas tingkat atas berhabuk teruk. Toilet berlumut. Rambut dan habuk bersepah atas lantai. Pintu tingkat atas tak ada tirai, tak boleh lock dan serangga masuk dari bawah pintu. Dinding tingkat atas berlubang. Tolong repair pintu rumah dan dua2 pintu tingkat atas. Teruk sangat dah.
