Escondida Drive - Minimum 3 Night Stay

Jacuzzi, swimming pool, home cooling system, quiet neighborhood, fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms, excellent lighting.

The cleaning could be more thorough regarding details and the cleanliness of the bedding.

My family stayed for 5 weeks at Escondida drive. The house is wonderful, it had everything we needed. The pool and garden is fantastic. Jess our host was amazing and very quick to respond to any queries we had. The location to shops, city centre and Palm Beach was excellent, we were 10 mins drive away from everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to visit WPB area

The only negative thing I would say is that the outside of the property could probably do with a lick of paint to freshen it up and the balcony off the master bedroom could do with a little TLC but this is just an observation it really didn’t take away from our wonderful experience.

The house was great, very spacious.

All was good.

The location was close to shopping and restaurants.

The exterior/outdoor kitchen area of the property was not kept up/clean and the grills and grille areas were rusted and dirty. The small outdoor fire pit was left with trash inside. The interior ventilation vent was packed with dust. One bathroom sink faucet did not work. There was a hole on the inside of the master bedroom closet stuffed with a sink towel. There was a cover missing in the floor of the hot tub which was sharp. Also, you had to message the host each time you wanted the heater and jets turned on to the hot tub. We received a message from the host on the second night of our stay that a tree maintenance crew would be out early Saturday morning to cut back some trees. They showed up at 7 am and were using a chainsaw. When we addressed our concerns about the conditions of the property and tried to come to a resolution (we suggested some money off/back), the host offered to contact the cleaning people to come out after the fact and clean the exterior in the middle of our stay and were told that we were unreasonable. We were then told if I wanted I could leave and find somewhere else to stay for the next two nights and they would refund those days. That was completely unacceptable!
