Escondida Drive - Minimum 3 Night Stay

The house was great, very spacious.

All was good.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, maison spacieuse avec ses deux salons. Piscine/Jacuzzi au top dans un beau cadre de végétation luxuriante. Lit king size dans la chambre principale super. Hôte réactive.

Cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour mais voici quelques points d'amélioration pour les suivants: - Abords de la maison sur le côté négligés, c'est dommage (vieilles bouées et objets laissés à l'abandon) - La cuisine extérieure manque d'entretien (barbecue, plan de travail..) - La table extérieure, vétuste, mériterait un bon coup de ponçage + vernis - Le parasol dans la piscine doit être remplacé (en partie cassé et très sale sur le côté intérieur)

Staying at Escondida was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, offering spacious rooms and modern amenities, including an outdoor kitchen. Every detail seems thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. The host was attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again!

The location was close to shopping and restaurants.

The exterior/outdoor kitchen area of the property was not kept up/clean and the grills and grille areas were rusted and dirty. The small outdoor fire pit was left with trash inside. The interior ventilation vent was packed with dust. One bathroom sink faucet did not work. There was a hole on the inside of the master bedroom closet stuffed with a sink towel. There was a cover missing in the floor of the hot tub which was sharp. Also, you had to message the host each time you wanted the heater and jets turned on to the hot tub. We received a message from the host on the second night of our stay that a tree maintenance crew would be out early Saturday morning to cut back some trees. They showed up at 7 am and were using a chainsaw. When we addressed our concerns about the conditions of the property and tried to come to a resolution (we suggested some money off/back), the host offered to contact the cleaning people to come out after the fact and clean the exterior in the middle of our stay and were told that we were unreasonable. We were then told if I wanted I could leave and find somewhere else to stay for the next two nights and they would refund those days. That was completely unacceptable!
