Excellent communication before and throughout our stay. Location was excellent. Room was large and comfortable, great value for money. Staff were very friendly, and the water station was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was central
The room was very clean and comfortable
Bathroom was very nice
There was a lot of noise by partying people until 3-4 am every night on this side street where the hotel is located.
We stayed in the Artemis room.
The hotel is not on a main avenue, yet there was a lot of noise.
It seems like the city or whomever pick up the trash at 1:00am also making a lot of noise.
Also, a bit more attention on the explanations upon check-in would of helped. ex. the coffee paying machine location, the fact that there is a cover under the bed (need to lift the bed to access it). Missing some details to help make it better.
