Tutto perfetto! La struttura si trova in centro, in una piccola traversa della Gran Via. Da lì si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Madrid, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Nonostante la posizione centrale, la camera era davvero silenziosa e ben insonorizzata. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e ogni giorno lo staff si occupava di ripulire la stanza.
Le ragazze della reception sono di una gentilezza unica e a disposizione degli ospiti tutto il giorno (anche tramite chat). È possibile lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check out. Camera accogliente e nuovissima! Consiglio vivamente

La ubicacion, el servicio, la limpieza
La habitacion no estaba fresca, me despertaba a la noche con calor. El aire maximo podia bajarse a 21° y si bien la habitacion es chica, evidentemente no funciona bien porque estaba humedo.
Las camas para dos personas son MUY chicas. Y encima con calor, peor!

The location was central
The room was very clean and comfortable
Bathroom was very nice
There was a lot of noise by partying people until 3-4 am every night on this side street where the hotel is located.
We stayed in the Artemis room.
The hotel is not on a main avenue, yet there was a lot of noise.
It seems like the city or whomever pick up the trash at 1:00am also making a lot of noise.
Also, a bit more attention on the explanations upon check-in would of helped. ex. the coffee paying machine location, the fact that there is a cover under the bed (need to lift the bed to access it). Missing some details to help make it better.
