The place is well maintained. The view in the mornings is exceptional. The beds are comfortable. There are beach chairs, sand toys, and other items available for guests to use if needed.
The TV in the living room was extremely slow and should probably be replaced. I informed them that we only needed 6 wristbands, but they left 8. If you lose one, there is a charge of around $50. There was also a broken alarm clock in one of the drawers. Additionally, the sofa bed is quite old and not very comfortable to use as a sofa.
