空間大，可以睡到五個人，客廳空間足夠，可以和朋友在客廳聊天。 環境乾淨，整潔，有家的感覺。 設備充足，有洗衣機，跟烘衣機！！！ 附有充足的用品，濕紙巾、酒精、洗漱用品、沐浴用品、洗衣精。 停車場很大，基本上都一定會有位置停。 旁邊就有超市、全家，生活機能極度方便。
