The location was nice.

Darkness factor, better heating system. I don't understand how anyone can think the existing heating appliances (portable plugin fan and cheap electric fireplace) to be addequate. I had to turn on the stove burners as well. Mattress and pillows need replaced. Bed is sway backed with a pit you roll into, and pillows are lumpy. It was hard to physically get out of bed. Could hear traffic outside on the highway. Also, wasn't dark enough when sleeping. Installation of blackout shades on all the windows, and doors.- would improve it a lot.

This place is very cute, perfectly sized, equipped with everything you might need.

The floors and carpet were not as clean as they could be. Food bits on the kitchen floor, area carpet needed vacuuming.

Pillow selection - hard or flat No hooks in bathroom for clothes

It was close to the beach, 1 block away. Near a grocery store too.

They left only 2 of everything: 2 cups, 2 plates, 1 (only) bowl. It would be nicer to have more than 2 so I didn’t have to wash 3 times a day. The ceiling had black mold along the main beam which is a health hazard and should be removed. This was a big negative for us. Will not stay there again for this reason. The contact number if I needed anything was out of date and I got a message back saying she has nothing to do with the property.
