Nos encantó que estuviera tan céntrico y al mismo tiempo no se escuchaba nada por la noche. Es muy amplio y cómodo.
La cama se movía mucho y hacía ruido. Al entrar por el portal huele muchísimo a Kebap, el apartamento está justo encima de dos kebaps y las ventanas de estos establecimientos dan al patio interior de el bloque. El aparcamiento si no es en la plaza peral del ayuntamiento complicado.

La limpieza
Cero insonorizacion. No hay climalit. En la planta baja hay un kebab y aparte del ruidazo, apesta a carne. Se escuchan todos los portazos y pisos colindantes. La cama es un somier con 4 patas flojas que suenan a motor oxidado y se mueve que parece que vayan a romperse de un momento a otro. Estrictos con el horario de entrada. Las 15.00, eso su, tienes que salir antes de las 11 00; es decir, pagas 20 horas por el precio de un dia...

La ubicación muy buena Techos altos que dan amplitud
Un olor nauseabundo en el patio de entrada. El kebab vecino abre sus ventanas al patio y el olor no se puede aguantar. Dederían tapiar esas ventanasTambién había una cucaracha muerta en el portal.
