El barrio es hermoso y tranquilo. El departamento está muy bien calefaccionado. La entrada es preciosa, mucha vegetación.
Quizás le hacen falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento al departamento, cosas que se han ido deteriorando con el uso, por ejemplo la cortina de la ducha, el óxido de los soportes de jabón y shampoo. Pondría cortinas para repeler el frío y generar un lugar más cálido. Sumaría un perchero a la entrada para camperas.
